Our Digital Signage Network offers 3 options to deliver client messages to consumers:

Please note: if you are booked to appear on all 3 Digital Signage Network options above, your creative elements must ship by deadline date to two different organizations (Cineplex Media and Mijo) for processing. See notes below!
Digital Office Network
The Cineplex Media Digital Office Network delivers busy urban consumers in the prestigious Brookfield office towers in Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver.
Digital Sports Stadium Network
Reach the coveted audiences for hockey and concert events in Ottawa’s Scotiabank Place and Bell Sensplex, Edmonton’s Rexall Place, Calgary’s Pengrowth Saddledome and Vancouver’s GM Place. Content displays live game feed, advertising and out-of-town scores, ensuring that patrons at concessions, in washrooms and on their way to their seats don’t miss a thing.

Please Note: Creative elements are sent to Cineplex Media for Office and/or Sports Stadium network contracts only. FTP details are outlined in our production specifications, linked above.
Standard weekly cycles start on Mondays. Off-cycle starts may be accommodated. Note the Pengrowth Saddledome washroom show changes once per month only. If an off-cycle start is required for the washroom show, additional production fees will apply.)
Final creative files must be delivered to Cineplex Media in a form compliant with the Cineplex Media digital signage production specifications five (5) business days prior to start date. For digital ads to be produced by Cineplex Media, creative elements are due ten (10) business days prior to start date.

Client’s creative elements must be sent to Mijo for all Cinema Lobby show contracts.

HD Cinema Lobby show bookings (in-theatres) are fixed to Friday* start dates.
*The SD (4x3) Cinema Lobby show bookings are updated monthly – please speak to your sales rep if you have any questions. If an off-cycle start is required for the SD (4x3) Cinema lobby show, additional production fees will apply.

All client creative is subject to approval by Cineplex Entertainment.
Creative appearing in the Digital Office Network, Digital Stadium Network (or Cinema Lobby show) must be suitable for an all-ages viewing audience.
